    Tracy Marais is the founder and creative director of Sway Studios. With over 16 years of professional experience, Tracy leads most of the classes and projects herself, occasionally partnering with other trusted instructors or designers.

  • I’ve never painted or drawn before — do I need experience?

    Not at all. Many of our students are complete beginners. Classes are welcoming, pressure-free spaces where you’re guided step-by-step, encouraged to explore, and supported no matter your skill level.

  • I feel shy or unsure about joining a class — what should I expect?

    You can expect warmth, kindness, and a gentle pace. Sway Studios is built on the belief that everyone is creative — you just need the right environment to feel safe enough to try. You’ll never be pushed, judged, or left behind.

  • What types of classes do you offer?

    We offer a range of classes including:

    • Art and illustration (beginner to advanced)
    • Book illustration and character design
    • Textile and surface pattern design
    • Dance and fitness (Zumba, Strong Nation, and Belly Dance-inspired movement)

  • Can I book a private or small group session?

    Yes, private and small group sessions are available for adults and children. These can be tailored to your interests, experience level, and schedule.

  • What kind of design services do you offer?

    Sway Studios offers professional services in:

    All work is delivered professionally and on time, using the appropriate formats for print and digital use.

  • Are your classes in English or Spanish?

    Most classes are taught in English, but bilingual (English/Spanish) support is available. Please let us know your preferences when booking.

  • Do I need to bring my own materials to art classes?

    Most materials are provided, especially for beginner sessions. If any supplies are required, you’ll be informed ahead of time — and affordable options or kits can be recommended.

  • I’m a creative professional — can I collaborate with Sway Studios?

    Yes! Tracy occasionally brings on guest instructors and designers for special projects or classes. If you’d like to collaborate, reach out via the contact form with a short introduction.

  • Where are you located?

    We’re based in Pau 5, Alicante (Spain). Some classes are held in local venues, others outdoors, some from the comfort of your home, and design services are available to clients worldwide.
