With 19 years of experience in the art of belly dance, I’ve witnessed firsthand how this ancient practice goes far beyond movement—it’s a profound journey of strength, joy, and self-discovery. Belly dance deeply engages the pelvic floor through controlled, rhythmic motions like hip circles, undulations, and shimmies, naturally strengthening these vital muscles while enhancing flexibility, circulation, and core stability. As a certified Strong Nation instructor since 2017, I’ve had the privilege of guiding people through one of the most powerful and results-driven fitness programs out there. Unlike traditional dance workouts, Strong Nation combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with music that’s synced to every movement—creating an electrifying experience that pushes you to dig deeper and move with purpose. Each class is a full-body challenge that builds strength, endurance, and agility through bodyweight exercises, plyometrics, and functional training. And the best part?
